Our project will run weekly wellbeing walks over the course of a year, combining physical activity with conscious living, gut-brain education, and habit formation.


Move Your Mind is a movement-based wellbeing session that resets the brain and body through gentle walking, breathwork, and hormone-smart habit hacks. Perfect for students battling study fatigue, low mood, or restless energy.
